We stopped by PizzaTime on the way home from a sunny adventure, and it was a great decision. I was honestly surprised by the depth of the menu — it’s so much more than just pizza!

The always-hungry 13-year-old with us devoured the Meatball Sub and declared it “delicious” — not once, but three times. High praise from a tough crowd.

We both ordered personal pizzas, and let’s just say one was better than the other… which just means next time we’re trying both again to compare.

The vibe was welcoming, clean, and perfect for families. The staff was upbeat, friendly, and clearly proud of the place — and it shows.

The best part? The next morning, instead of asking for breakfast, the teen asked to go back to PizzaTime. That’s a win.

If you want to wait 2hrs 20mins to get a pizza then this is the place to come. An hour queuing to make an order, another 1hr 20mins to get our food. Some warning of the waiting time for food would have helped, as we wouldn’t have stayed. We have a 1yr old and a 7yr old so eating at 9.15pm is too late. All we ordered was 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 margarita.. the kids were fast asleep in the restaurant by the time the food came so ate theirs cold the next day. We came here multiple times 4 years ago and it was SO much better. The pizzas have gone downhill. Certainly not worth $50 for 1 large and 1 small pizza. Massively disappointing. Wood burning pizza oven in Costa Rica? Yes please!! While exploring Costa Rica's Pacific coast i found this hidden NYC style Pizza place in Uvita! Can't miss it because of the many road signs and huge sign at the location. You can watch the chefs making your pizza with their fresh ingredients, wide selection of pizzas on their black board menu or make your own, and CRAFT BEER to top it off!! Why not?! I have been following them for over a year and i see they have added bagels, pastries and sandwiches! Can't wait to travel to Costa Rica again to taste their new menu!
