The tour was the worst I have ever been on, when I tried to discuss with them they ignored me and would never respond. All the reviews were from people in the company The water was too rough for a tour but they did it anyways. We had to play taxi for a hiking tour which we were also told was terrible. Most people on the boat got sick because of the rough water, and we had to taxi another tour which took 45 extra minutes of travel on very choppy seas. To make it worse the boat captain ran out of gas and we waited for 45 minutes for a boat to come bring gas then it was not enough so we waited for another 30 minutes boat all while bouncing uncontrollably making everyone sick. The guide did nothing and we saw nothing good. Lastly the supposed lunch they serve was not fit for my dog, it was gross and inedible. All in all dont waste your money on this company as they have the worst customer service I have ever...

i did a whale watching tour with them in january and it was absolutely amazing. we spent some time with dolphins, birds and a sea turtle and went looking around for whales. the boat ride was fun, the tour guide (i didn't catch her name, but she told us we could call here Genie) was friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat captain was so determined to get us to the further end of the bay to the whales that were spotted there that day, and the long trip was absolutely worth it. i've seen three beautiful tails, each of a unique shape, it's so cool that one can see them so close. and then we saw another bunch on our way back. it's a deeply emotional experience and i highly...

The tour is totally not worth the price we paid. We went to Corcovado National Park. The park tour was just okay - nothing more. we expected a better experience. The people on the trip were not prepared for this (no hiking shoes, only sandals). because of this, we waited aimlessly, wasting time and waiting for the situation to be resolved.
