Uvita Gastro Park — Restaurant in Bahía Ballena

Somos Cuatro served me the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. Absolutely unbelievable. I’ve been back twice since my first visit and both times it was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you eat meat. The owner/chef is such a friendly guy too!!!

• UPDATE * The past two visits I received less than half the brisket in my burger than the previous 10 or 11 times I ate here. I believe it is because the girl didn’t like the small tip I gave her a couple visits ago. It went from a stacked brisket burger to 2 very small and thin pieces - both my friends also got the same tiny portion and both of them have eaten here several times before so they knew something was wrong. My other proof is the same day I was there, another customer a table away also ordered a brisket burger and it clearly contained more than double the brisket as mine. Actually, the food was super delicious, and the place in general is nice. BUT: it is absolute not authentic, rather the US style and doesn’t fit in a small community like uvita (more a hipster place) - anyhow some tourists might like it tho. Also, prices are super high, and the portion of the food was very small. For example, I ate a burger with fries, see on the picture (originally, it was 1 fry more than on the picture, not joking!). We live around, but we will not come again as there are much more nicer places in Uvita, where you get very good food for a normal price and you don’t feel...

Great spot in Uvita! Six delicious restaurant choices plus coffee, smoothies and a full service bar - there is something for everyone here! Great for families and large groups as people can order from all the different restaurants. We had the Somos Cuatro BBQ (brisket sandwich and french fries) and Phat Noodle (Pad Thai) on this visit, but will be back to try all the things, all the menus look amazing.
