Café Miel Garage — Restaurant in Carmen

I usually go to this place about 3 times a month with my girlfriend, the coffee and pastry are amazing! Do be patient if you wanna have your coffee inside usually very packed because "Its that amazing" very cool vibe and cool people working there as well. There are 2 other of these coffee shops around the same area within a 300 meter radius. Cold or warm coffee served juices as well but if they don't have space to sit inside don't worry this area is very pleasant to walk around various parks and museums are very close by. I prefer this local coffee shop a million times against...

My review is only based on their black espresso.

Although they use fresh beans, grind them, tamp and make the coffee, the coffee was full of crema but it didn't taste good at all. Sour and bad tasting. The cashier was very nice and offered me a free mask as i want carrying one but i have no clue why the coffee tasted like that. I just threw it away.

They do have baked goodies that i might try later on.

But as for my espresso experience. It's a one star. The rest i dunno, so that is why it's 3...

Tenía muy altas expectativas de Café Miel. Aspectos positivos: el servicio fue extremadamente rápido, mi orden duro menos de 3 minutos, eso realmente me sorprendió. La vitrina tenía variedad de postres y repostería salada como empanadas etc. Aspectos que no me gustaron: yo mido 1'86 y el lugar me pareció muy pequeño e incómodo, personalmente ese tipo de lugares que son tan pequeños e incómodos me generan una sensación de claustrofobia, el lugar me pareció bastante caliente, porque el cielo razo esta muy bajo, esto genera mucha calor, además que si vas cuando está lleno, el calor humano , el de las luces hacen que tú experiencia, en mi caso, fuera horrible, en cuanto comodidad. En cuanto el sabor y porciones. Me pedí un café con leche y una chilena de Pie de Limón. El café con leche fue eso café con leche , nada extraordinario y la chilena estaba rica, balanceada de sabores, fresca , pero nada espectacular, eso sí para el precio diría que esperaba una porción un poco más grande, me pareció con honestidad pequeña. En síntesis, creo que está un poco sobrevalorado el lugar. Urge que hagan una ampliación o bien buscar un lugar más grande y agradable. Los postres podrán ser muy ricos, pero la experiencia de tomar café en un ambiente tranquilo también es importante....
