Pardo Café — Restaurant in Carmen

After trying many coffee places in Costa Rica during our stay I always think back of this place. It honestly has the best coffee I‘ve toasted so far.

The owners are very chill and I really liked the vibe.

I highly recommend „Cáscara de Café“ - a light and fruity drink I only found at this place. My favorite drink I had during my whole trip - refreshing & fruity.

This hidden gem is a must-visit! Super cozy and run by incredibly friendly owners who genuinely make you feel at home. My iced latte was perfect—delicious and not oversweetened.
