This was the worst quesadilla I've ever tried in my life. I was in disbelief that something so simple to make could taste so off. All I could manage was 1 piece & part of another before I asked them to just take it away. It was bad enough that what I had 1st requested (what brought me there in the 1st place) they couldn't make for me out of a purported lack of ingredients: the rice & beans with Caribbean style chicken. A very delicious meal to be sure. I couldn't help but wonder if what I was told was a lie just to get me to buy something else on the menu as that 1st item was the lowest priced item in that section at 6000 Colones. I wanted what I wanted & decided on the Quesadilla as a fallback. It cost about 4000 Colones. The price wasn't what I was looking at when deciding on what to go for. But, I can see how one can conclude that. I don't even know if any of that somehow got translated into the bad tasting quesadilla. At any rate, this was my 6th or 7th time eating here in the course of 2 years (half of it over the last 6 months) & the service has always left something to be desired. But, for eating less than half the meal, all they could muster was a 15% discount. The waiter did explain that I didn't allow them the opportunity to change it -- which I can understand. However, given the nastiness I was just served & the other concerns, I didn't want to take any chances. I wanted out of that experience. I wanted to get the hell outta there fast! The natural juice was delicious though. Still, sometimes, all it takes is a single bad experience or even inadequate customer service to destroy a customer experience. I will NOT be returning to this place....

Horrible experience. I was sat at a corner and was waiting for 15 minute for service. I also wanted to change seats to a more visible area but another (rude) staff member told me it was reserved. I was handed the QR code for the menu but had no wifi, waiting for around 10 more minutes still no-one attending me I had to get up and ask for the wifi. Another staff member was almost ‘disgusted’ at me for asking or was shocked and hesitated to give me the password. After looking at the menu for another 10 minutes , a couple walked through and sat down at the reserved seating area without discussing to any staff about their ‘reservation’. They were also instantly served with water and service. I had waited there of a total 35 minutes or so without no service and just plain snobby attitude of the entire place.

HORRIBLE, hipster and classist...

This was the second time visiting this place.

First time was very good, but today the experience was not good at all.

First of all, there was many dishes not available at the moment (waitress did not advised from the start).

So, after a while I asked for a Pita Otoya (but it seemed they did not have chicken neither because I did not find a piece of chicken inside the pita).

Also asked for an orange juice and received an iced tea by mistake.

After a few minutes while I was waiting for main food, I noticed a redness on both of my arms (which I had rested on the table), so, there was something on the table that gave me a skin allergy (probably left from a previous customer).

Probably, this is the last time I visit...
