After reading all the good reviews, i was quite disappointed with my visit. Google maps states that it opens at 8am, and we arrived at 9am. They let us in to look around, but the buildings were not open to the public until 10am. I must say, the guards did not seem very welcoming; we were basically asked a few times "what do you want?", "why are you here?" It really did not seem like a tourist destination. I was also expecting to see a historic site, that transports the visitor back in time, but it was nothing like that; there were a few historical buildings interspersed with parking lots and modern offices. Some of the buildings had plaques describing them, but most of the printed plaques had turned brown with age, and were barely legible.
