La Empanadota — Restaurant in Hospital

The service and food is very good! I've noticed, each order is prepared and cooked fresh. The seating however, is a bit cramped though. I suppose it gets the job done, but if it's busy, it's tough to find a cleared and cleaned table during the rush sessions.

Pésima actitud de parte de uno de los caballeros del personal.

Nos sentamos 3 personas para ordenar y pedí usar el baño… y con mucha arrogancia me respondieron “NO PUEDE USARLO HASTA PONER UNA ORDEN, POLÍTICAS DE LA EMPRESA”

Es entendible perfectamente si tienen políticas, imagino que muchas personas quieren usar el servicio sin tener intención de ordenar. Pero la cortesía no la conocen y aún viendo que todos estábamos ahí para ordenar, pareció no importarle en lo más mínimo.

Al final decidí no comprar nada de comer y no usar el baño. Lamentablemente cuando uno llega a un negocio es muy fácil diferenciar quién es el dueño y quien solo trabaja en el lugar.

Las mejores vibras para el negocio, se ve rico todo lo que venden, ojalá puedan capacitar o enseñarle un poquito a sus trabajadores sobre lo que es el servicio al cliente.
