We came across this place while looking for a place to shelter from the rain for a bit. We were immediately greeted by a waitress and asked if we had questions about the menu, the place isn't super fancy but I'll take Friendly staff over fancy any day! We ordered the casado with pork (4,200 including a soft drink), we also ordered a bucket of beer (6 bottles for 6000). Everything was delicious, the pork was a bit on the dry side but really tasty, well seasoned for a reasonable price. We will definitely visit again before leaving San Jose!

We went upstairs to the bar Burro Loco as I was really looking for a cocktail with Guaro. We tried the Chiliguaro shots that were cheap and excellent! Tasted like a mini Bloody Mary. I also tried the famous Coco Loco which was a bit too rich but I did enjoy it. Our bartender was amazing and even adapted the cocktails for us!

Ya había ido hace unos años, así que volví, Pero no tuve una buena experiencia, la mesera me dijo que las hamburguesas venían en combo con papas, sin embargo, luego me dijo que no q eso es por aparte y q tenía que pagar el adicional, a lo que respondí que no, mejor no, resulta que entre las meseras se comentaban que esas papas pues se iban a perder, como insinuando que debía pagarlas. Nos sirvieron los cafés al revés, y pedi hamburguesa sin cebolla y me la dieron con cebolla. Tuve que pedir azúcar, servilletas porque en mi mesa no nos colocaron nada. La hamburguesa de 4 mil colones y las dos tortas de carne parecían laminas de mortadela, la verdad me quedaron muy mal. Lastima!! No tanto por la comida porque el burrito rico con ingredientes frescos pero el servicio muy carente.
