Now, you may well know GOOD chinese is hard to Impossible to find ' for looking and sampling..as i have. Given up locally to be frank, for trying many, and being disappointed every time. Someone may know, not me. Anyway Exploring hungry before a Salazar show early last year Around corner from Salazar and Pedestrian mall, just walking by...looked in..Chinese ?? - looked good- a proper restaurant ! Senor Freddie Welcomed me in.. Smelled good....hopefully sat down. Got my standard metric - Chicken Fried Rice KA- boom ! Met and exceeded visual and gastronomic expectations And ever since At a very good price. Chinese owner Madame Miriam sits in the caja booth overseeing all. Elegant Senor Freddie MatriD at the front door Attentive Tica waitresses bustle about

They make large Spring rolls filled w Shrimp i have had- really good too. Companion Jennifer tried the Broccoli Beef - tender and tasty saucy I have had nothing else in my many visits after Sunday Symphony, as is my always choice - but as a yardstick, And viewing other offerings, can confidently reccomend just about anything on their very extensive, Authentic Chinese - Vrry reasonably priced menu offerings

I suppose the really good service may be why they're charging so much for their medium-sized Chinese cuisine.
However, they should take that profit and reupholster their chairs and booth seating. Because some of the seating-vinyl was very cracked and...
