Soda Fortuna — Restaurant in La Fortuna

What a great little place to enjoy a plate of authentic Costa Rican food. We had a hard time finding anything near La Fortuna Natural Green that wasn't pizza, spagetti etc. (the things I can get at home). This place was open for less than a week when we went in mid-March, there wasn't even any signage yet and it's a couple of hundred feet down a gravel lane. Found it on Maps. Service was wonderful, prices reasonable. I did order the chicken and beef arrived, when the server asked how it was after a bit, I said it was great, I ordered chicken but I'm very happy with this. 2 or 3 minutes later... a side of chicken shows up! The menu is limited but authentic. Wonderful...

We ended our wildlife boat tour here for lunch and the food was soo delicious! Super cute restaurant and has a pool in there, which the kids were excited about! Christina was our waitress and she was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed! This spot is PERFECT for anyone who has an appetite. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient. The food was AMAZING, made with real ingredients and love.
