McDonald's — Restaurant in Liberia

Absolutely worst fast food experience I've ever had...ive traveled all over the world and eaten all kinds of places but never had an experience quite like this....arrived at 11 30 am...not too crowded..we ordered 45 dollars of food...got our number...20 minutes later no food so I ask a girl in yellow...should have got her name but short chubby w glasses and a big mole on face...where is our order as I've seen the numbers being called passed ours already...she gets angry and tell me waiting on quarter pounder....I say ok how about bring out what's ready...she gets attitude and storms to back...I can see her... as she just now begins to look at my receipt I gave her and start putting the order together.....clearly they just missed our order...not end of world and could have just said oh sorry we missed your order let me get it but this girl is rude and lies about it....45 minutes after we ordered we get food. Still missing 2 quarter pounders and gave us a hamburger we didn't order...I told the server I didn't order this...she says yes you did...I show her receipt where I did not...she just walks away....at this point we just decide whatever...we are leaving but on principle I go tell her I still never received 2 qps...we were number 125 they are now serving number 200 lol....she finally throws a qp in a bag and tosses it at me...I show her receipt again and tell her I ordered 2...she no lie...in front of like 50 people who are all baffled as I am...tells me I'm lying and she already gave me one of them....I said no you didn't why would i waste an hour here to get a qp...she says again...."you are a liar" I gave it to you....I laughed and said yes I go around to McDonald's all over the world and spend 50 bucks then wait for an hour to try and scam a free burger....insane, rude, incompetent and a thief....I am sure the owner or manager could care less but on the off chance you read this...I would love to come in and tell you about this in person...literally worst experience in a restaurant ever....beware of this place...taco bell and burger King across street are great w excellent service....better off going there. ...and for the record she never did give me the food I ordered...

Newly remodeled Mc Donald's has all new self ordering system that is cumbersome to use and takes 3 times as long. Staff there to help, but very rude. When I tried to pay, I moved too fast. The woman told me to "calm down", which is sort of rude. I asked her to please not tell me to calm down. That it is rude. She did so again, then said you are in MY COUNTRY, and you should speak Spanish. She made a poor assumption because I am.a citizen and fluent in Spanish. She should be fired. Breakfast took twice as long. Eggs were nasty. Did not deliver with any ketchup, jelly. Rice and beans missing from dish.Full breakfast delivered like an egg mcmuffin with scrambled egg. Orange juice served warm. And lastly, the handicapped spaces are always full with delivery motorcycles and non handicapped people. Mc Donalds doesn't care. I will not...

Came here while waiting for my bus to San José at the nearby TIG station. I really appreciated that this location had self-ordering machines. I’ve since learned that these machines are not the norm in Costa Rica. One small issue: the ordering screens offered the option to have food brought to your table, but there were no table number tags available to make this work.

The service was the slowest I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s, and it was not a busy morning by any means. It took about 20 minutes to prepare my simple breakfast order, and they never called my number, I had to approach the counter multiple times to check if it was ready.
