The ceviche is excellent, one of the best I have tried, having visited Peru twice. Unfortunately the mains were disappointing. The meat with the asado peruno very tough and the sauce heavily salted. The risotto with lomito also not great, the rice very overcooked and unexpectedly overall really more of a chow mein dish. Although the meat, tomato and onion was tasty. Would have been nice if they had taken a drink order on arrival, but other than that the food came quickly and the wait staff were pleasant. We choose these restaurant after 3 weeks of wonderful time around costarica - on last night arrived very tired to hotel so as restaurant was near by with good reviews we wanted to try. First impression: very polite and nice personal, nice ambient...but food....terrible...tastless fish...chewy octopus....uneatable rice and vegetables..we had stomach problems for next two days...we were eating all around costa-rica in different sodas and restaurants, and always food was suprising good and delicious...these was one of the worst meals in our last year....be aware...restaurant...

Instalación: 10/10 es un bello lugar, representa el pais con hermosas pinturas y ornamentación, es hermoso y de fondo muy buena música, de verdad te hace disfrutar estar ahí Limpieza: 10/10 tanto los servicios higiénicos como la higiene en los platos, vasos y cubiertos, excelente. Servicio: 10/10 la atención es espectacular, muy atentos y preocupados en que te sientas cómodo. Tiempo de entrega: 6/10 la cocina es muy lenta para la entrega de sus platos, entregaron a destiempo a cada comensal y eso no es muy agradable, porque te da pena comer cuando los demás aun no tienen sus platos servidos y estas en decidir si comer frío para esperar a los demás o pedir disculpas y comenzar a comer, deben mejorarlo. Comida: prefiero ir paso a paso porque en general la comida es deliciosa, el ceviche 10/10 fresco, delicioso, totalmente recomendable. Pedimos distintos platos por ello prefiero separar los comentarios. Lomo saltado 10/10 carne blanda, guarniciones excelentes, es un plato típico que iras a la segura Pulpo a la parrilla 10/10 el pulpo es difícil de preparar pero el plato era maravilloso, un sabor increíble Salmón 5/10 el salmon aunque tenia un sabor bueno, lo recocieron mucho y quedo un poco seco, lo pedí con yuca y la yuca quedo horrible, seca y muy pasada a aceite, no lo recomendaría. Escalopa de carne 5/10 la carne aunque era de buena calidad se les quemo, dejando un sabor amargo en el plato, quizás tuvimos mala suerte en que el chef se despreocupo de la carne un rato, pero al quemarse dejo un amargor fuerte y aunque la salsa ayudó un poco en camuflar el sabor, nose si sería bueno volverlo a comer. Precios: es un valor elevado.
