Hilton San José La Sabana - Sky Lobby — Restaurant in Mata Redonda

The hotel is beautiful, and situated in a perfect place. But the service here sucks. There is no concierge. The day that we got in, we had to take a shower and the water was cold, so we waited and told the manager on shift that we have cold water. They said they were going to send a maintenance man to fix it And we waited 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, no call so we turned on the shower and it was still cold, we had to be somewhere quickly, so I took a cold shower. Then I realized that there’s only one towel for two guest in the room. so we had to dry up with one wet towel for both of us after taking a cold shower. There is no call to us whatsoever letting us know that the shower has been fixed. We go downstairs and tell the manager what happened and they said to her apparently that the shower was fixed. Well, no one called us and told us. And, the shower was not fixed and still has cold water. She did not say sorry and instead said they will send a maintenance man again and they will get us another towel. Communication is the key problem here, not the cold shower. The hotel restaurant sucks, and I wouldn’t suggest going there as a service...

Worst experience ever at a hilton...I travel the world and I usually stay at the hilton.. This one is different! First their prices are really high for example your breakfast will cost a little over $35. Their gym and other facilities are not functional....whiril pool is cold and not functional. The gym has no cups for drinking water, you can't have guest visiting you, and some of staff are rude .....don't stay their find a...

Went to get a drink here the other night. We were seated on the bar side and ignored for about ten minutes. Finally left to go somewhere else. Figured we would try again the next afternoon and a large party had reserved the entire bar side. We were told that we could not order blended drinks because of that. Ordered a couple drinks and a platter of tacos. Both the drinks and tacos were delicious. Be prepared to spend a lot...
