Fusiones Gourmet — Restaurant in Mata Redonda

Visited this restaurant during our trip to Costa Rica Nov 9-13, 2023. The first morning, we were already told about the "sodas", small, individually owned restaurants, as they are commonly known in the country. So we set out to find one "soda" close to the hotel for breakfast. We were delighted to find Fusiones Gourmet just a couple of blocks away. Service was great and the food was flavorful. It is located near many hotels including Hilton, we found it on Google map and we are super satisfied by the atmosphere, food, and above all the kindness of the staff.
