I’ve lived in Costa Rica for 20 years and this is hands down the BEST burger I’ve had in the land. If passing through samara and you have a hankering for a burger this is your place. The buns are the perfect texture - soft and fluffy interiors with a crunchier exterior. The meat was tasty and perfectly cooked - I asked for medium rare. The veggies were fresh and delicious.
