Oasis — Hotel in Sámara

In my case really good value for you money. Large cabina with Ur own kitchenette & bathroom. This is the cleanest "2 star" place I stayed in so far of 4 budget rooms in Samara.

Staff is very friendly, you can pay by cash & physical credit card. Everyone I met was friendly.

There is a cat which is part of the property and defends it in case of emergency (-; was very relaxed and easy going :)

The location is perfect, close to the beach, awesome restaurants, Cafés and ATM nearby. But still more quiet at night than more central places I stayed. Of course you will hear the karaoke bar in the back of the fence, so keep that in mind if you want to sleep in a quiet environment before 8pm.

Only downside I could see is that the garden is not natural, but that was fine for me, I'm at the beach anyways when outside :)

The cabina was 95% mosquito safe, but with the fans active I actually saw not one mosquito in dry season inside within 3 days. In 2-3 star hotels nearby I had quite a lot of mosquitos.

The street at Ur entrance itself is very quiet and feels super safe. But if you are searching for a quiet bed you need to be further away from the centre. For me it was perfect, I prefer to have a little bit of life around me.

The beds are super comfortable. Of of the best mattresses I had in all 1-2 star places here.

Sophia, the maid, is really friendly. Maybe leave a small tip, if you are happy! Feels like she basically runs this place ^^

When I was here and I had to switch cabinas, expect the cleaning to be done around 12-1 pm, so you can switch rooms afterwards (at least this worked out for me, I just chilled at my previous cabina and Sophia told me when my new one was ready). We stayed in Aqua House. Oasis is a small group of 6 small houses. Philippe and Juliana were very pleasant and always attentive. Aqua House is a studio style house at Oasis. As it was all we required, it was very comfortable and clean. The ceiling fans were all we needed to stay cool. It has everything you need to have a pleasurable experience. There is a small kitchen and everything we wanted, a large fridge, two fans on the ceiling (no AC), a very nice comfortable double bed and a glass table. Close to restaurants, beach, banks, supermarkets, bars etc. There is a car park and easy entry and exit. As seen in the picture, everyone is separate from each other, which was very good. We only stayed one night, it was cool because it rained all night, otherwise we probably wouldn't have been able to sleep because...
