The Tree House — Restaurant in Santa Ana

This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had in many, many years… 2 stars for the food, ZERO stars for service!!!! The restaurant was only half full, but the service was totally unacceptable, a complete disaster, shameful, to say the very least. We were sat down for 45 minutes waiting for our first drinks order, we waited for 3 hours and 30 minutes (no exaggeration!!) for the food to arrive, and when it did it was cold! The worst thing is only half our table was served. Some of us actually had to have desert whilst the rest of the table were still waiting for their main course to arrive… We had to get up and get our drinks ourselves from the bar countless times. We watched multiple people get up and leave because they were not taken care of after 30 minutes waiting. I could write a book about this place but I will stop here. I have never had an experience quite like this before in my life, to be honest it was an absolute disgrace. Nice place but AVOID...

Worst experience during work lunch. We made a reservation in advance for 20 people, we arrived and anything was ready. They forgot it.

It took 45 minutos to get drinks, 1.5h to start having the main dish, some plates were forgotten. It is CRAZY we spend almost 2 HOURS!

The manager did NOTHING, seems to be the owner, I reached out to her and she just “listened”. That’s incredible, she did not care about 20 people experience and needs.

Service is negative stars. We ordered an appetizer that took 40min! There were 3 cooks in the back, there was another group of 3, & 2 of us! And no way were they busy to prepare a simple appetizer. Place is neat and the drinks are amazing but the rest is a no go. If you want good drinks this is your place but be prepared to wait for your food. If you’re not in a hurry or hungry than...
