Fantastic food, super friendly staff, great hostess... Costa Rica at its best!!!!🤩 I’ve dined at Carpe Diem for both breakfast and lunch multiple times, and it never fails to impress. Their smoothies are fresh, healthy, and incredibly delicious. The burrito was outstanding, and I’m obsessed with the Marco Pollo sandwich—along with their crisp salads and flavorful casado. I love the blend of local and international dishes on the menu. Their new location by the brewery is super nice, adding even more charm to the experience. We saw the reviews for this restaurant online and thought we would give it a try. We were so happy we did! We enjoyed the best Cuban sandwichs we have ever had! The hot sauce on the table is incredible and adds to the already amazing sandwich.We purchased several bottles of the hot sauce to bring home. The cappuccino we had at CD was our favourite of the trip. Having coco in place of cinnamon on the cappuccino was delicious. The staff were friendly and service was top notch. Carpe diem was one of our favorite ways to start the day while staying in Playa Potrero. The food is incredible, there was not a single thing we ordered that we didn’t love (and we went here a lot). The pastries are especially exceptional, some of the best brownies and donuts that we’ve ever had. And then on top of all of that the women who work here are the absolute sweetest!!
