Jadran Beach Bar — Restaurant in Grad Split

Terrible experience with this place! The prices on the menu and at the checkout turned out to be completely different, and we only found out after we had already paid by card. The staff responded in an absolutely rude manner, saying that it was "not their problem" but an issue with the establishment itself. No apologies, no attempt to fix the situation!

Moreover, when we asked for a refund, they refused to give it to us right away. When I requested the contact details of the manager, they told me to "look it up on the internet!" I found the owner's number. In the end we got the money back, but only after a long argument and waiting.

To be fair, the owner turned out to be very polite and friendly when we finally spoke, but I strongly advise him to change his staff. They’re the ones who ruined the experience. And I haven't even mentioned the dirty tables and overall unsanitary conditions. If you don’t want to ruin your evening and your mood, stay away...

I've been to several beaches along the split coastline and this is my favourite spot to sunbathe and for drinks and good music! Sunbeds are 80kuna, but many people just sunbathe on the concrete. and I think drinks are inexpensive,& there's an alcoholic& soft drink menu. They do smoothies& choc filled croissants as well. You just have to grab a waitor if they don't come to you.

Me and my friends were scared that there wouldn’t be free sunbeds for us, because we came here on sunday. But staff were really great, and managed to find some for us. We spend 40€ for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Cocktails were tasty, even though they were around 10-15€ each. I know that prices seem high, but there are no cheap beach clubs in Split.
