Coming off a morning bike ride we were looking for a filling lunch. Based off the other reviews we ended up at Pizzeria Rocco and we were not disappointed! We had a caprese salad (nothing to write home about but hit the spot) and the most delicious pizza - the Sicilian with capers, anchovies, olives, and oregano. The crust on the pizza was perfect and we could not recommend more. - as a bonus we saw the pasta coming in and out of the kitchen, not for us today, but looked fabulous! Absolutely recommend when in Stari Grad.

I don't want to declare from the main courses and a la carte, but the breakfast was fast, cheap and absolutely okay compared to you are in the center of Hvar city. You can make a good brunch in a beautiful environment totally in the city center for 30-40 HRK. Okay, the omelette was a little heavy, because of sunflower oil, and there was not the premium quality ingredients neither in the continental. But both of them was good.

We were wandering around the town center, looking for a place to eat for lunch. A waiter outside of the restaurant stopped us and asked if we wanted to eat here, and he promised the food would be amazing. We looked at the menu and decided to go with the spaghetti and risotto. The food was mediocre at best, not very exciting. The service was ok, we felt rushed getting our order taken and paid for.

Pizzeria Rocco in Stari Grad is a true hidden gem! The pizza was absolutely delicious — thin, crispy crust, high-quality ingredients, and just the right balance of flavors. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite.

We tried the prosciutto and arugula pizza and the quattro formaggi — both were fantastic! The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home.

The setting is charming, with a lovely terrace in the heart of the old town, perfect for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring.

We are from California, USA. We are traveling with a group of friends on a chartered Catamaran. We are staying in this marina and wanted to walk around town and get something to eat. We walked in on a whim looking for a late lunch. The welcoming environment drew us in. The wait staff and owner were sooo friendly, The food was delicious- we got the Vegetarian pizza, Mediterranean salad, calamari and fries and Aperol spritz as well. Everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend!! If I could give them 6...
