White Cross / Glavica Hill — Attraction in Grad Stari Grad

Easy to reach from city of Stari grad (Old town) and you will have amazing view on the city, beautiful Stari grad Bay and all around including islands around Hvar. I recommend visiting in the morning or even better sunset for going up and there is another marked trail going north from the paved road to Rudine. May 2019. Steep climb up rocky paths to amazing 360 views. Most direct is up via kralja tomislava. Very prominent solid blue sign.Ascend initially via concrete road which then turns into rocky winding path. The locals use a more gentle but much longer route from rear again find blue sign on roadside and go up a rock pathway which has been built with huge effort.
