The music, the rum, the salsa, the passion drives this location and this town. The town has a beautiful rule where vehicles are not allowed in the old part of the city. There are an abundance of dance classes offered around the town which have walk in availability. We happened to arrive into the town during a festival period and we joined in with the festivities where the locals made us feel more than welcome.
