Splash Waterpark — Attraction in Κοινότητα Χλώρακα

Nie jestem klientem awanturującym się :) ale jednak rozczarowanie. Na stronie hotelu nie ma wielu informacji o samym parku wodnym (a naprawdę starałem się je znaleźć przed wizytą żeby uniknąć niespodzianek), i na miejscu się okazuje że.. kompleks basenów jest podzielony na (ciekawszą architektonicznie) część tylko dla gości hoteli i druga, dla gości z zewnątrz część dla 'obcych' ma zjeżdżalnie (plus), ale wodę tak zimna że.. dzieci chcą wyjść i wracać na plażę, do ciepłej wody w morzu nie ma tu także żadnego w miarę 'dorosłego' basenu - są tylko dwa bardziej brodziki i mała sadzawka dla zjeżdżających że zjeżdżalni jedna gwiazdka jest tylko za formę open baru który jest w cenie tego co kupiliśmy (95e za rodzinę 2+3 na cały dzień); byłyby dwie, ale na miejscu się okazało że 'free drinks' z oferty oznacza 'free drinks except..'.. no słabo :) podsumowując - mamy do dyspozycji sadzawki z zimną wodą lub zimne zjeżdżalnie (dzieci nie chcą korzystać bo za zimno), lub po cichu przemycić się do drugiej części basenów gdzie jeden ma ponoć wodę nieco cieplejsza; nota bene i tak musimy do tej części przechodzić żeby korzystać z gastronomii czy toalety - w części 'dla obcych' takich udogodnień nie ma :/ Nie wątpię że goście hotelu mogą mieć inną percepcję - hotel wygląda bardzo dobrze, ale dla przychodzących spoza hotelu - nie polecam, chyba że ktoś chce posiedzieć cały dzień na leżaczku popijając drinki z open baru (oczywiście nie wszystkie, tylko te które się kwalifikują ;) ). Sprzed chwili - dzieciom nie chciano dać w barze (poszły same, mają na rękach opaski otrzymane przy wejściu) nawet soków. Oferta mówi 'free drinks and snacks', bez żadnych małych gwiazdek czy dopisków.. patrzę sam na siebie i.. zaskakujące jak złe doświadczenia z jednego miejsca mogą zrujnować bardzo pozytywny odbiór całego Cypru.. ;)

I am not a rowdy customer :) but still a disappointment. There is not much information about the water park itself on the hotel website (and I really tried to find it before the visit to avoid surprises), and on site it turns out that.. the pool complex is divided into: (architecturally more interesting) part only for hotel guests and the other, for guests from outside the part for 'outsiders' has slides (plus), but the water is so cold that.. children want to leave and return to the beach, to the warm water in the sea there is also no pool for 'adult' here - there are only two more paddling pools and a small pond for those who go down the slides one star is only for the form of an open bar, which is included in the price of what we bought (95e for a family of 2+3 for the whole day); there would be two, but on site it turned out that 'free drinks' from the offer means 'free drinks except..'.. oh well :) - to sum up - we have pools with cold water or cold slides at our disposal (children don't want to use it because it's too cold), or we can sneak quietly into the other part of the pools, where one supposedly has slightly warmer water; by the way, we still have to go to this part to use the catering or toilets - there are no such facilities in the part 'for strangers' :/ I have no doubt that hotel guests may have a different perception - the hotel looks very good, but for those coming from outside the hotel - I don't recommend it, unless someone wants to sit all day on a lounger sipping drinks from the open bar (of course not all of them, only those that qualify ;) ). A moment ago - they didn't want to give the children at the bar (they went alone, they have armbands on their hands received at the entrance) even juices. The offer says 'free drinks and snacks', without any little stars or notes.. I see myself, and.. it's surprising how bad experiences from one place can ruin a very positive perception of the whole...

This has been the worst water park our family has ever visited.

There aren't enough life guards (nobody supervising the so-called "wave pool"). There is virtually nothing for shorter 6 year olds, who have to be min. 1.2m tall to ride 90% of the rides, which was not made clear to us in advance. The only good thing our little one could do was the "wave pool" which was seemingly broken down, despite the insistence of the few - very rude - life guards on duty. When I asked at front desk, nobody knew if it was working or not and they made a half-hearted suggestion that they could make a phone call to the maintenance team.

This water park is a very positive surprise. It can be reached by public transport bus. The park is a very good alternative to the second water park in Paphos. The slides are not crowded with crowds of people, a sufficient number of sunbeds, very nice lifeguards who do not shout at the children for everything, but educate them on how to safely use all attractions in the park. Entry price for two adults and a child is 38 euros or in the snack version 52 euros for the whole day. I recommend the snack version as it includes both drinks and food, and there is a wide selection. I really sincerely recommend...
