I have selected 1 star as Zero stars is not available.
Avoid as customer service is terrible, they will charge you for food you haven't ordered.
Having ordered pepperoni pizza for our main, we were presented with a pizza of ham and cheese. OK, maybe a simple mistake we thought, so we brought it to the attention of our waiter. He proceeded to call over another waiter who then explained that we and the majority of people didn't realise that pepperoni was in fact a thinly sliced, square cut of pink meat without spice.
I pointed out we had been to the restaurant before and we had previously ordered the pepperoni pizza, that had been delivered with what the world recognises as pepperoni , spicy sausage meat cut into thin disks. No response, no offer to change the dish and he wandered off avoiding our table from then onwards.
So we informed a waitress serving another table we did not want the ham pizza and would like our bill, expecting to pay for our starter and drinks. But no, our bill listed the pepperoni pizza that never was.
My advice is avoid, go next door, go across th Street or stay at your hotel, all would be better than this place.
I'm always amazed by how greedy businesses operate. Admitting to a simple error and correcting it would have resulted in a positive experience and a positive review but instead their refusal to correct their error and replace what probably was a 3 euro pizza to make, has resulted in me having to write a negative review and of course warn all others in our group at the neighbouring hotel, which I'm sure will cost them more...
Read moreNice food ruined by bad attitude of the owner/manager. Went there as a family, since we were staying at self serviced apartment, we decided to take away. But we were treated quite differently than the customers who came to dine in. There was no courtesy to let us know(that someone would take our order soon). We stood there waiting for the owner/manager to finish all his tasks and finally after 15mins our order was taken. We asked before ordering the juice which juice it was made from, they could have told at that point that its a juice in a carton. But sadly no. After finishing our order there was no communication of when it would be ready. We stood there wondering . Thankfully a kind lady (staff) offered us a place to sit. After waiting for long time, we asked the staff about our pizzas. The pizzas were actually ready but we were never told that (we had to ask about it). Then to our surprise there were 2 juice cartons (the so called fruit juice) on thier menu. We enquired about it for which the manager mocked us. "For fresh fruit juice there are other places" with a smirk in his face. He further told us "who gives you fruit juice for 1€". We get it fruit juices can be expensive but we also had fresh squeezed juices for 1.49€ in a supermarket. Our bad for thinking this place is decent with their pricing, obviously not.
If you want to be mistreated , despite of being a young family- please visit this place.
The pizza was alright,...
