For 2 people, we had the following dishes: eggplant dip with pomegranate and walnuts quinoa avocado salad with halloumi linguine frutti di mare

First, the eggplant dip is a scam. It was something canned bought from the market, mixed with mayonnaise, sour, and with a powerful taste of vinegar. There is no trace of pomegranate and walnuts. Totally rubbish. Then, the linguine with seafood is the next scam. They had a bright yellow sauce, I assume it was some mix of cheese (!Not Parmigiano) with turmeric - lots. The seafood were some pre-made, pre-boiled chunks of octopus and calamari, with lots and lots of sandy clams. For sure, I do not recommend it. I should have known better when they are serving quantity over quality. Usually, this hides crap. Finally, the quinoa salad was the only thing decent in this meal. The mix with avocado and fried halloumi was fine. There is no objection to this. So, this gets 2* only for the atmosphere - which was nice, being near the beach and also being quiet. And not to forget, the staff nearly speaks English, on a scale to 10 they get a 4, and this is because of the waiter which was intelligible, the auxiliary are "potting soil".

PS: Sorry that I forgot to take a picture with the linguine when served - it looked amazing, just the looking unfortunately. Though the cats enjoyed...

We visited this restaurant as we were staying in the pavlo napa hotel and was given a free dining as part of our stay. We went for lunch and we were told we could get a main dish each not knowing this voucher was actually for a 3 course meal which the waitress didn’t explain, even though she was telling every other table it was for 3 course meal, when realising other tables were getting starters and deserts we asked the waitress again if we could get starter and dessert which she replied ā€œI told you that you could get 1 of everythingā€ with an attitude. The food was actually really nice but let down by the service especially by the older tall lady with glasses also needs to be able to speak better English to explain your options more which would have really helped. We ended up calling in the next day just ordered one club sandwich to share when it arrived half of the ingredients was missing in the sandwich which was disappointing (e.g lettuce mayo and side salad) for the price your paying you expect a basic sandwich to have everything in it. I told the waitress which she didn’t really seemed bothered and 2 mins later brought a tiny salad bowl over without an apology.

Quite expensive not bad quality food but really let down by the staff. Service very slow even when it’s not busy Not...

We had a truly lovely meal at Periyiali Beach restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most warm and welcoming hosts, whose hospitality made the experience feel so special.

The setting was breathtaking — with uninterrupted sea views, a gentle breeze, and a relaxed vibe that made it the perfect spot to unwind & enjoy a meal. The food was just as impressive: fresh & flavourful Every dish was clearly made with care and passion.

This place combines genuine Cypriot warmth, a gorgeous location, and great food — an experience we won’t forget anytime soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable...

We were told the calamari was fresh. It was clearly frozen, rubbery, bland, and straight out of a freezer bag. But what really pushed it over the edge? There was an ant on the calamari. When we pointed it out, the waitress actually tried to argue it wasn’t an ant, as if we couldn’t recognize an insect when we see one. Honestly insulting. Between the lie about the seafood and the complete lack of hygiene, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service. Asked for potato wedges instead of potato fries for my pork chop and an old tall lady with glasses (that I don’t know whether was management or a member of staff) was very rude and started shouting at us insisting that it was the same thing (even though on the menu she has both). After some back and forth and her continuing to shout and being rude she eventually told us that they didn’t have any potato wedges left.
