Scoop & Smile — Local services in Ayia Napa

Literally the worst barista and service ever from the girl with black hair and glasses. First thing first, she charged us too much (twice), 5,50+5,50 is not €11,50, so we had to pay to much twice in a row. Beyond the fact that she’s the slowest barista I’ve ever met in my life, she’s also very rude to the customers. When you order something here, be prepared to wait a long time if she’s the one working, she’ll take one order at a time (drink for drink or whatever you order). She don’t understand what service is, and she also look like she really hates her life by the way she’s approaching people.

The cold beverages are also not properly blended and contains way too much ice, and when we ask for it to blend twice (so the ice can be properly crushed), she shouted at us and got angry and was unacceptable rude and like almost threatened us?? Like what?? What behavior is that lol??

I would actually recommend the place right across the street, Zorbas Bakery (or something like that?). The drinks there was good, if not even better, the prices were lower and the staff over there was MUCH more friendly than this person working in Scoop &...

I went to this place and lunch and the guy was awesome went back to get the kids an ice cream smoothie and this women came to the counter with a face like thunder! Certainly no smile and kept saying no to everything on the counter when the ingredients right in from of her she wave her hand at me! Could not believe it she was so rude and when I said to her your being really rude she raised her voice and said No! Unbelievable! So rude will now not get my kids ice creams or smoothie from this place EVER again! She was rude the worse customer care I have received! Please see photos of the not very nice Women! Should not be in that job role obviously does not like...

Avoid this place. The lady that is working there is rude and unprofessional. I bought two scoops of ice cream for my daughter, it was small and it didn’t look like two scoops at all. I asked very nicely to add a little more and she started saying that it’s enough and that it should be like this in really rude tone, I told her that it’s unfair and she said that she would call a manager and left. Then she came back adding more ice cream in very rude manner, slamming the refrigerator door. Such people shouldn’t work in...
