Me and my girls went for lunch, the guy at first super friendly a little much but wasn’t bad. We ordered our food. The waiter brought an extra plate of food wh oh was a steak which we didn’t order and he said we did. After explaining and talking things over and asking to bring the menu to show him what we ordered he real sized he was in the wrong yet didn’t take it off the bill said it’s not his problem and it’s ours and we have to pay… we asked for management and he said he was it giggled and walked away. Very rudely kept saying that we had to pay for it and it was our problem. After explaining and asking what’s gone wrong he then took it off. If he had re told us what we ordered and checked to make sure it was right we might have been able to fix the miscommunication and wouldn’t have been a problem. All he had to do was apologise and say he will see what he could do for us and it would have been fine and we would have paid no problem but he was rude and giggled and didn’t understand. Food was really good!! Which makes it sad that the service and attitude...

However I visited this restaurant this evening with my husband and the initial service was good it then went into a downward spiral. The food was basic and the free salad was dry and old. We both ordered sirloin steak although mine was okay my husbands looked more like a cheaper quick cook steak? I believe in consistentency. We ordered garlic mushrooms As a starter and as a main I ordered the garlic sirloin that was covered in the same sauce??? The dishes are supposed to have different complimentary sauces and was clearly generic. The veg was hard and clearly frozen. We were not asked once if we were okay by the staff during our meal and was made to sit in front of our finished plates for ages without them being taken away. We had to practically beg for attention to get the bill as the staffs focus was centered around other customers. We felt neglected, we usually tip really well as customer service goes along way but on this occasion not 1 euro was given as gratuity. I usually feel bad but on this occasion I will...
Read moreWe turned up at Sacramento for dinner at 1030 pm, just as the kitchen was about to close. Nevertheless, Barbara and her family were genuinely really welcoming. Sacramento looks like a quite a stylish restaurant compared to those next to it along the Nissi Strip; but the prices are much more competitive and the food is so much better. I ordered their Klefitiko which was both authentic and delicious. Portions are massive - plus there's complimentary soup and a salad bar. And I chose an Irish Coffee for my complimentary goodbye drink: that was an absolute treat and better than coffees I've paid £10 for in the UK. 😬
Google says Sacramento closes at 1130 pm, but evidently when it's not busy it shuts earlier. It stayed open for us; but as the last customers, we weren't made to feel rushed. Honestly ! 😇
Thank you Barbara and Nikolas and your little fluffy doggy ! 🐶
