SAVE YOUR MONEY. Absolutely shocking. How people are rating this highly actually blows my mind. Where do I begin? We go in, get seated at a dirty table keeping in mind the restaurant was not busy, so plenty of CLEAN tables available. Few minutes pass, no one has cleaned the table and we are then asked would we like a menu? Well yes? We order a coke & a keo. They bring a Coke Zero out, I asked for a regular coke, it gets changed. We then order salt & pepper chips, Singapore chow mein, duke chow mein, curry sauce, sweet & sour sauce & some pancakes. The salt & pepper chips come out along with the pancakes, “curry sauce” & sweet n sour sauce. Now these were probably the worst chips with a sprinkle of pepper no salt. Now us brits know what salt & pepper chips are right? Yes these were not them, awful. Just plain chips which looked like they’ve been reheated rather than fresh with a sprinkle of black pepper. Moving on, the curry sauce, was a korma sauce…now I’m not sure about you but a korma should not be brought out as curry sauce at a Chinese restaurant. We then wait a further 10 minutes for our main meals to come out. The Singapore chow mein….shocking. The duck chow mein….shocking. The duck was so fatty & stringy. We both could not even eat the meals as it was just that bad. One mouthful and I was gagging. The best part of the meal was probably the dry pancakes we ordered. Staff just seemed to be on a different planet. I do not recommend this place, avoid...
Read moreIts very strange to see a fancy restaurant empty in top tourist season, but once you go in you will understand. Besides the waitress that wanted to serve, but couldnt understand English too well, there was this old guy staring at us all the time. It took the food a long time to arrive, probably because the place was empty, they had half the kitchen closed. When it finaly arrived to the table, it felt like defrosted chicken swimming in yellow curry. We had to pay for food we barley ate, talk about takeaway either... Learn your leason: Never go in an empty restaurant at a peak turist season, specialy something that looks fancy from the outside but serves bad food and feels all wrong when inside. EDIT: Since I recieved a feedback from the restaurat, I want to add a coment on the last peregraph. The owner claim we didnt pay the bill, this is incorect. We paid for part of the meal, since the owner was so upset saying we touched the food so its not fair. In any case, the food was horible, the partial payment was mainly out of fear of the owners rage and being in a...

My daughter and I were in the mood for some Asian cuisine and stumbled upon the Red Dragon – so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices.
The service was excellent. My daughter can be quite fussy with food, but the staff were more than happy to adapt dishes to suit her preferences – nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and attentive, and we even had a lovely chat with the manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
All in all, a really enjoyable evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to others. Best of luck for the rest of the season!
