Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Larnaca

I ordered a vegan pizza at Papa John's, like many times before, and received a pizza with clearly regular cheese. I know very good how their vegan cheese looks and tastes, so I felt from the first bite that this was simply not vegan. Following cramps proofed me right. After I called them, they said we dont know about it, please call the delivery. The delivery just replied that Papa Johns said it was vegan cheese and that's it. How are you so sure? No answer.

As I was a very satisfied customer in the beginning and ordered often there, I am even more disappointed with this approach.

The other times the pizzas were nice, but the approach to a mistake that could easily be fixed lets me...

Oh where do i start... Delivery long for 1,45 hour, the girl on the phone is sooooo rude it's unbelievble. She hang up, could not find the order and was very rude,her name is Loukia btw j6st in case that the manegement of Papa Johns is reading this which i doubt. So in the end they said the order will come in another 20 mins and we will be refunded. Then after 10 mins they called and said they dont have pepperony...so we change it to chiken. I mean they did had some issuse before like chaging order twice or forgeting staff but this time was just speechless. Just to be fair delivery guy...

Medium Margarita €12 - I was shocked by the price but I paid it because my 7 year old was hungry, a few seconds later I noticed "any extra large €15", so i said make it extra large instead, i will give you another €3, but the guy said "too late its in the system already". i complained and he started shouting. the pizza was no bigger than a €7 big mac meal, but no drink and much cheaper ingredients. my 7 year old ate almost off of it i got two slices. so i think it was at least twice as expensive as it should have been. if you do go be sure to trade up to the...
