Efthimis Souvlakia — Restaurant in Larnaca

Not worth even a second of your time. The waiters are rude. We went there as a group of 6 and were seated off somewhere in a corner. It seemed as though we were quickly forgotten about because we waited about 30 minutes simply to get the menu. After we ordered we waited another 50 minutes to get the food. When we received our plates we realised that only two of the six orders were correct. Every other dish was brought to us wrong. When we pointed this out to the waiter he told us he would try to fix it but we would have to wait again. When we finally got our correct orders we realised that the meat types were still wrong but we didn’t have any more energy to fight for what we actually wanted… The food itself wasn’t great either. This is the place i always visit FIRST when landing in CY.

In fact i can say this place deserves thinking over a weekend getaway. THE BEST sheftalia in CY imo, keftedakia probably as well. Everything else is well above good and staff is awesome. I am not a chicken person but my wife says best chicken souvlaki too.

The nostalgic souvlakia-place old-school atmosphere and beaten down toilet do not upset but in a wierd way add positively to the experience.

Lets put it like this, i would fly to CY on any low cost sub 50 for a 2-3 day trip to get my Efthimis 🤪 thats how much i like it and miss it!

PS if you are a vegetarian, it is likely not your go to. BUT they introduced a veggie keftedakia, so i guess.. there is a bit of something for everyone now :)

Useless. We preordered and said we would be there at 2030. Upon arrival after 10 minutes aporoximately we were told that we called and cancelled the 2 pittes, which we didn't. Okay we said mistakes happen. Then when the food eventually came the waiter gave the wrong food to the wrong people. When I told him my food was meant to have everything in he said open it and have a look and I replied I'm going to touch someone else's food? We asked for taxini.
