Bon Vivant Brunch and Cakes — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

For us it was the worst place for brunch in Cyprus.

After reading the reviews and checking photos for this place, we were looking forward to have brunch there but there was one disappointment after another.

After taking some time choosing the dish, we finally ordered it just to hear that it was unavailable (typically waiters warn you about this before you check the menu). But ok, not a big deal. We ordered another kind of poached eggs. After waiting for a long time we finally got the dishes. It felt like something was missing and when we opened the buns there weren’t eggs, just 4 little peaces of champignons and some small pieces of bacon, and nothing else, like not even a sauce or even the main ingredient of this dish, the EGGS (too bad I didn’t make a photo of that). When we asked about this, the waitress brought us a plate with 4 eggs on it and left. Like suit yourself. Really? When such an accident happens, I guess they should take everything back to the kitchen, correct it and bring it back to you the way it should be. This is what I was taught at the cooking school in Spain and it is considered a big mistake. So, we put those eggs on sad buns with a miserly of the ingredients on them and ate.

When we ordered a cappuccino, it arrived extremely hot, like when it happens when they overheat the milk that directly affects the taste. The coffee tasted burnt, and we couldn’t even finish it. We just paid and left.

The atmosphere was ok, it wasn’t hot inside.

This place is overpriced for what if offers you.

There are much better places in Paphos to eat a brunch and drink coffee....

I don't know if it's because you give less importance to the delivering than on the spot....but your dishes are absolutely not good. I am sorry to say that but it's the truth. Let's do it in the order and ve objective:

1-bueno pancakes not bad. Expensive though for what it is. 2-fresh orange juice. The orange selection is not the best and again at this price it's not normal. Taste like from a box. 3-mango chill disgusting. It's chemical mango super sweet with a terrible after taste. A shame. 4-sunshine: it's not village bread it's factory bread be honest. The tomato jam is good, eggs are well cooked and bacon is bad quality. 5-why so much salt? You can't taste anything else. If if you have any high blood pressure your dead after this dish. 6-coffee is good

Sorry price and quality are not adjusted. It's a very bad deal...

We arrived at this place without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away. The caramel frappucino was amazing, and we had the chicken story bagel. This is perhaps the best chicken sandwich. I have eaten simple yet extremely complex flavours.

When we come back to paphos and visit old town, this is the only place we want to eat.

The ladies were extremely pleasant and accommodating, and the atmosphere was charming.

So please visit Bon Vivant Brunch and Cakes you will not be...
