NOIR Tapas & Bar — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

The worst service ever! I had to go to the bar for asking menu! Waiter ignored us most of time, then we changed table for being in more visible area! But suddenly some lady (probably manager) came to us and said that this table already booked (but actually no any sign about that) she didn't care and just noticed and turned and left us, mean while waiter asked: u still want ur drinks or u need time to think after that?! well, ok, we moved back to first table, and after 15-20 we got our drinks. Then decided to eat some tapas, but there weren't any waiters who could bring menu with a food! Finally after long time we caught some guy and he brought us menu. We were totally upset about this place!!! I do not recommend to visit this unfriendly bar...

Nice food, big size of dishes; I found a lot of healthy decent options to choose from. All the food was tasty.

I have a very ambiguous feeling about the service: it seems this place tries to provide some service, but simply can't or don't know how or what it is. One of the high level staff (or maybe the owner) argued and reprehended the manager very loudly in front of us several times while we were eating, it was disturbing.

We are not smokers and decided to sit inside the bar, but staff several times opened the big windows to let the music spread and attract people on the street, but at the same time all the smoke from outside came...

Came here for dinner on Sunday (01/10/23). The food is tapas with an extensive and varied menu that you can create your own Meze from. It really is excellent food with generous portions; 5 tapas between 2 is plenty - €50 for 2 and we were stuffed; you really would be hard pushed to be disappointed with what the chef is producing out of the kitchen. Front of house service is also very good (although the music was perhaps just a little too loud) but all forgiven for our lovely meal.
