Matu All Day Concept — Restaurant in Paralimni

I am highly disappointed, because this restaurant/brunch place was very promissing, given that the overall reviews are pretty good and the food looked delicious on their social media pages.

However, from the moment we have arrived, the staff did not pay attention to us and when we finally managed to order, the food never actually came, in fact it took them A WHOLE HOUR and after asking several times where is our food to tell us that they are more busy than they have expected and the food was not ready. We had to ask the waiter 3 times to inform us that our food is not ready, after literally waiting a whole hour. (btw we had ordered just 2 croque madame toasts). This is not the way you approach the customer. They didn’t even offer to prepare something else, or to inform us about the delay without even having to ask.

Long story short, we cancelled our oder and we left. Fortunately, we did not pay for the coffee that we have already ordered and it was on the shop.

We went at 11am on a Sunday, and it took them 55 minutes JUST to serve us what we ordered(brunch EGGS and freaking BREAD). When it FINALLY came (finally), the eggs were HARD, theyre supposed to be drippy, you know, POACHED EGGS?…. Then, the girl staff that was serving us did not speak a word to us. When we asked for the bill she just nodded “ok” and when she came with the card machine, she just showed it in our face to pay (with a mean face).
