Pahit Ice - Kapparis — Restaurant in Paralimni

We went there yesterday with my mother and husband, I like Pahit ice so I just got my regular flavors, but in this specific instance my mother wanted a melon flavored ice cream. Fortunately Pahit had two types of flavors melon and melone, one was yellow ish and the other white, my mother simply asks what the difference is because we have no idea, the woman responds with one is sorbet and one is not sorbet. And my mother is like ok so one is without milk and the other one is with milk. And then the woman responds with actually they both have milk we only have three sorbets (she then points to some random flavors that aren’t melon or melone). So then my mother is confused and is like ok if they both have milk then that one isn’t sorbet right? And the woman was like I guess yes it’s not. And so then my mom asks what’s the difference then between the two (baring in mind my mother isn’t trying to be annoying she’s just trying to understand the difference in flavor as they didn’t provide samples). The woman then responded one is Italian and one is um(didn’t know where the other one was from). And that’s where it basically ended and my mother said ok which one is the Italian I’ll have that one (which is the yellow one). Now whether or not it was actually Italian who knows xD, but the fact that the worker didn’t know basic things like what is sorbet and what isn’t, or the difference in the flavor is a little concerning considering all you need to know is that to work in an ice cream shop. I love Pahit ice but this specific one didn’t have...

The taste was ok, but very very small scoop. The small cup usually is for one scoop but the used it for 2 scoops. They don't have somewhere written their prices. Also unfriendly service.

Edit after the reply: I always have Pahit Ice... And trust me this is NOT the Normal scoop... And why you don't have somewhere written the prices? Also I don't see you mentioning anything about the unfortunately service, because probably you already know. Most of the reviews say exactly the same. So maybe yo start treating your employees a bit better? Don't mind me just saying....

We stopped for ice cream at the lunch time and were pleasantly surprised that is open earlier than stated on the website.
