Just Italian Ristorante — Restaurant in Paralimni

We went to Just Italian for a meal to celebrate my son's birthday and it really was superb! Between us, we ordered pizza, pasta, risotto and steak and every dish was of top quality. We all really enjoyed our meal out.

In particular, I would call out the T Bone steak I had. I tend not to order steaks in restaurants because they are usually overpriced, chewy, under-seasoned and not cooked properly, but given the sheer variety of steaks on offer here I had to try one, and I was not disappointed. I ordered it rare and it was cooked bang on, and the meat was very good quality indeed but what really made it was the truffle sauce and chipotle sauce on the side. They took it from being "just" a well-cooked steak to next-level meaty experience!

The service was really attentive and they made a fuss of my son with it being his birthday, brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to him, a lovely touch.

I visited this restaurant today without a reservation, and a very polite staff member in a white shirt kindly found me a table. That was a very pleasant surprise. He also helped me choose what to order, which I truly appreciated.

However, I was disappointed with the overall service. About half of the waiters who came to my table were incredibly kind, but the other half were so rude that one even started shouting at me because the fan was turned off. He then turned the fan on so that it blew directly into my face, which was awful. I did not expect to be yelled at in a restaurant.

On top of that, my pasta was served with a spoon left inside the dish — I have no idea how that could happen. The lobster soup, however, was excellent, as always.

Due to this kind of service and the extremely rude attitude of some of the staff, I will not be coming back. I’m not a tourist who visits once and never returns — I’m a local, and I could have been a regular customer here. But after today,...

Absolutely appalling experience – never again. I dined at Just Italian tonight and was deeply disappointed. One of the waiters was extremely rude and unprofessional. Shockingly, he made sarcastic and inappropriate comments about me in Greek, assuming I wouldn’t understand — I did. To make matters worse, while I was paying, he blatantly stared at my PIN, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

As if that wasn’t enough, my sister found a long hair in her meal, which is both disgusting and completely unacceptable in any restaurant. Clearly, hygiene is not a priority here.

The food itself was mediocre at best and absolutely not worth the money. With this level of service and cleanliness, it’s no surprise the experience was a total letdown. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone who values good food, cleanliness, and...
