We recently dined at your restaurant, enthusiastic for a memorable evening, but I regret to say that the experience fell well below expectations.

From the outset, we were warmly greeted and guided to our table by the host—who, unfortunately, disappeared shortly after seating us and was never seen again throughout the evening. Our order was taken, and we were served a bottle of wine that was enjoyable and promising.

However, the starters arrived in a less professional manner. The plates were set down by a young staff member who seemed reluctant to engage. My starter—a ravioli—was nearly inedible: smothered in a brown sauce, and filled with a pungent, unappealing stuffing that bore no resemblance to what was described on the menu. My wife’s “octabus”—ostensibly octopus—turned out to be ultra‑thin slices of processed octopus salami, far removed in quality and presentation from the restaurant’s description.

When the plates were cleared, again by the same hesitant server, I asked casually how he’d found the food, as he did not ask me, and his confusion was palpable—he simply walked away without response. This pattern repeated itself with our mains: I was served a dry truffle ravioli; my wife had a salmon pasta, which arrived drenched and bland. Neither dish was appetizing enough to eat, yet not a single member of the staff inquired about our satisfaction until I proactively expressed our disappointment.

Throughout the remainder of our visit, no one came back to follow up or offer any remedies. We paid our bill and left, feeling overlooked and undervalued—despite the premium prices, given that this is one of the dining venues at the Grecian Park five‑star resort.

It’s disappointing, because for a hotel located in a remote area, the restaurant should be a highlight. Instead, service was mechanical, staff lacked confidence and initiative, and there appeared to be no oversight from management. The person “in charge” never checked in or addressed our concerns—even though the quality issues rested in the kitchen—nor did he seem aware of the poor service unfolding in his dining room.

We left feeling that we had fallen into a trap: paying for the prestige of the venue, not for an enjoyable meal. We regret that this experience will ensure we...

Unfortunatly this restaurant was a total mess.

We stayed at the Gracian Park Hotel (which is a very good Hotel). They recommended us to take a visit to their italian restauarant.

To begin with the service was all around the place. Very stressed. Our service came asking three times before we even got to check the meny if we wanted to order something to drink. This questions came in the time of less than five minutes.

When our appertizes came in both of them were bland and very basic, the taste was very bland and frankly disgusting.

The first appertizer was a bread filled with prawns , where the bread around the dish were so hard we could not even break it with force of our knife. We talked with our service about this and they did not even respond or take the dish out of our bill.

The Other appertizer were a risotto ball with a ravioli. The risotto tasted nothing and were very dry, and the ravioli were dry as sand and we felt the pasta had been old, almost like a cracker chip.

Both appertizers were dry, tasted nothing and to be honest, quite horrible.

For main dishes we had the Frutti Di Mare pasta and the truffel ravioli. Both these dishes were super dry and also bad…

To add insult to injury the service kept running around, and three different waitresses came in (not kidding) 1 minute of eachother and asked us if we wanted dessert. It was clear that the service only wanted us to order more, and that they had no communication of which waitress who had already asked us the same question about 30 seconds prior…

Our full dinner was already finished before 45 minutes. For an Italien night with both wine, appertizer and main, the dinner should not take under 1 hour.

If you get the recommendation to visit this place, our kind words is: ”dont do it”…

We payed over 100 Euro for something you can buy at your local pizza studio for better.

Best regards //Sad visitors from the Gracian Park Hotel. (We would like to...

It's not too bad, the starters where nice (crab ravioli with seafood) my main was not good at all as they obviously used a rich pizza sauce for the main with loads of tomatoe paste/ canned tomatoes as it was very rich the tomatoe was overpowering everything else they should just make a simple fresh tomatoes base they have loads of fresh sun ripened amazing tomatoes in Cyprus.

Another issue for me is that your restaurant is called ravioli they only have 3 ravioli dishes on the menu for mains which didn't look appealing to me, though my friend tried the aubergine and she said it was really good. I was hoping for some crab or lobster ravioli as a main that would be amazing.

All in all the food was ok some dishes where good some bad. Service was average also.

I wouldn't go again...

I was initially skeptical about having Italian food in Cyprus, but Ravioli's won me over. The Carpaccio di Polpo was a standout—octopus carpaccio paired with microgreens, beetroot purée, tomato vinaigrette, and truffle ice cream. It was balanced, creative, and genuinely exceptional. We also enjoyed the Pomodoro e Burrata salad, the Carbonara a Ruota di Parmigiano and the Mamma Ravioli, which was rich and satisfying without being heavy. The kids shared a Margherita pizza and loved every bite. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the open-air setting made the most of the evening breeze. A surprisingly authentic and well-executed Italian dining experience in Cyprus.
