To Antamoma Events Venue & Chill Out Bar — Restaurant in Paralimni

The service was horrible. I used to come here a lot and they kept doing the same thing again and again - adding extra things we haven't ordered on the bill.

In particular this time, we ordered three 'club sandwich' that were delayed for more than an hour because the waitress did not place the order twice in the system. The manager claimed that only a single member of staff takes orders but the two other member of staff that came to take the food order did not say anything. How the apologised? By adding a fresh lemonade as a fresh orange juice (€3.90) and the water to make the lemonade as an extra water bottle (€1.00). This is not indicated anywhere on the menu but 'clearly' as explained by a member of staff the fresh lemonade (1/5th of a glass) is made from fresh lemons so it is exactly the same as a fresh orange juice but you need to pay extra for the water. The worst thing? The attitude of the members of staff. Not a single one apologised for the delay or the confusion about the food. Not a single goodwill gesture as customers for at least 5 years while there have been numerous occurrences of wrong things added to the bill. Sorry I will not be coming back, similarly to many other customers from the looks of the empty bar that used to be filled every single day...

This place used to be really nice… Also has great shisha service but… the customer service is appalling and it’s not worth the visit! It saddens me that a country and town that relies on tourism has places that treat customers as if they’re for granted! Not only they add items to the bill that aren’t there EVERY TIME, they also don’t apologise for it and try to extort customers by charging ridiculous amounts of money for simple, non-alcoholic drinks… We will not be returning and unfortunately I have heard similar reviews from other...

The place and concept is great. Location is fantastic and its an amazing atmosphere. However, the service is extremely bad with staff not knowing whats in drinks and actually saying things that are wrong to cover for this fact. Food took upwards of an hour and drinks took 30 mins on a relatively busy day. 2 stars only because the place is nice or else it would have been alot lower. Dont think ill be recommending or coming back again...
