Are you looking to eat very delicious foods in a special oasis of heaven?

Our experience at Les Amis has started by being guided to the back side of the restaurant which is the oasis mentioned above. Beautiful trees, fountains, fish pond with at least 20 koi fish, ventilation for every table, garden and flowers (I'll attach pics as well so you can see with your own eyes).

1. Serving: The 3 waiters that have served us did a fantastic job. 1st one guided us to the table and communicated with us, 2nd waiter took our order very professionally, understanding of our wishes and tastes and was very involved in our experience from start to end, 3rd waiter came with the food mostly as a helper for 2nd but from my perspective this means unity and helpfulness which I appreciate very much.

They all did a great job from start to end, if I could rate 10 stars out of 5, I would do it specially for the serving, but that's not all!

2. Drinks: The order came very fast for 2 cocktails, but man I must admit I have drunk the best strawberry margaritas in here. They were appreciated and delicious.

3. Food: Well, if the serving made me want to give 10 stars out of 5, the food gave me the energy and patience to write such a long feedback. The food was so wonderful, my tongue is still dancing tango from the aromas (and im 30mins on the road already).

Order Beef Stifado if you want your tongue to dance tango as well. The taste is very special, strong and delicious. I've ate this meal before, indeed, nothing special at first glance, until you take that first bite then you are transported into another universe full of taste and aromas.

4. CATS!!! The lovely black cat will let you pet and love her but you know the tax... (Cheese, meat, fish)

In conclusion, if you're looking for an amazing experience, food, drink and serving while you gaze around at beautiful decorations, flowers, fish pond etc, go to Les Amis you will be delighted.

Had a really poor experience here tonight. Took ages to get served and once we received our meals two of which were pizzas, they were completely missing one of the main ingredients (olives), we asked about this and were told the ingredient would be brought out for us to put on ourselves, when they were, it wasn't even enough to put one of the thin slices of olive on each slice of pizza.

On top of this the prawn pasta came with just 4 prawns, a paltry amount for the price, upon questioning this, the manager said it was the normal amount and "that's just how it is". The Italian across the road provides 6 large king prawns that are also butterflied, when that was mentioned off hand we were called liars and told they were good friends with the restaurant across the road and wasn't the case. We were there 24hrs earlier and had an incredible meal and received fantastic portion sizes.

The other meal (a burger) was undercooked and still pink inside (we weren't asked how we'd like this cooked and nothing in the menu suggested it would be medium, or it wouldn't have been ordered).

After thinking this was the end of things we left disappointed and went for a drink elsewhere, but our car was parked in the car park at the end of the strip we had to pass the restaurant to go back, the manager was sat with two other people and proceeded to say something to them and they instantly turned round to look at us and all laughed as we walked away.

We've been coming to coral bay for 8 years now and are regulars at multiple restaurants due to the good service and excellent food, but this is clearly a place to avoid. Unless you think the food is perfect, you'll be argued with, told you're wrong and possibly laughed...
