Been coming here for around twelve years allowing for holidays, (about six occasions), every time we'll fit in a visit here because the food is superb, the lass working there last night recognised us, (and we never said a word walking in) and we hadn't been there for a few years. Excellent service, very friendly, just how you'd want it, none of it forced. I usually veer between the chilli or fajita, both really good and you get asked if you want it mild, medium or hot. My wife had mild, said you still could taste a bit of spice and flavour and was lovely, I had hot chili and it was exactly the same after all these years. IMPORTANT If you have a wheelchair or walking disabilities park to the side of the bank but as you come in off the coast road, the Rio car park wall has been knocked down so you can walk through and go through Les Amis restaurant, (they're lovely and are happy to guide you through, it's the same owners). Read moreVery freindly place to eat with an excellent menu choice. Staff are attentive but not pushy. Portion sizes are plentiful and the food always fresh and served hot. If you want to stay a bit from a given dish, the staff are always willing to accomodate. Prices are about average on coral bay strip if not slightly cheaper in some cases. Dishes to try ..... chille con carne, steaks, sizzling beef, pork chops. Drinks are reasonably priced as are bottled wines ( no surprises ) . You can take as long as you like , no rush to leave. Ambience is soft and relaxed, a great place for couples but equally freindly for families. Kids menu and portions available. We visited Coral Bay at the end of June this year for 2 weeks and visited here on 4 occasions. You wont get fed up with the menu or the excellent service. ..... give it a try. You wont be...
Read moreThe staff were friendly and nice, however my girlfriend got food poisoning from either the chimichunga which i had a bit and was really tasty, or the South carolina chicken. which is a shame after hearing such good reviews I even saw one on the enchiladas and thought I'll try that. However they had a watery sauce, and not much texture to go by so I was disappointed, the flavour however was just there. i know it sounds bad but the old el paso kit is better. I think the chef wasn't on his game tonight as I'm now holding my girlfriend hair back, the only additional star I'm giving is based on customer service. Thank you however I won't be returning...
