Forky's Galerie Vaňkovka — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I usually go to Forkys at Jakubske Namesti, but since a branch of this cafe also opened in Vankovka, I decided to pop in and compare the results. In my mind, there is still room for improvement in the cafe. There were too many cucumbers in the sushi bowl in my opinion, but that's the only issue regarding the food. There are no complaints about the work of the staff; they were polite and answered in English. My order was processed quite quickly. In general, I must admit that the cafe in Jakubské Namesti is more comfortable than in Vankovka, but I understand that it is difficult to organize the same level of comfort in the food court. I always liked forkys especially in the city center, but it is going only WORSE AND BAD now. The burgers in the jakubske namesti branch were big, the patty was more like grilled and plenty of vegetables. Here we get a fat, mushy unappetizing blob, with very little vegetables 🤢.It would be nice to see the cooks use gloves. They don't have my favorites dishes like nordsee fish fillet. Unfortunately forkys once a brno legend is now goneforever from my weekend fastfood routine.

Sadly, this is the only vegan option I found in Brno. Staff were helpful. Restaurant was clean. Environmentally conscious. Food was good. Nothing outstanding compared to other comparable restaurants in other countries, but clearly the best and only option based on my travels in Brno.
