A little park area with benches & monuments where many people chill because of the vantage point which gives an amazing panoramic view of Brno. You can walk through the little park and you come to what appears to be walkways of an old castle which take you on a beautiful scenic route through neverending courtyards and walkways around and down to street level. If your in Brno its a must to pass by here to take spectacular photos of the views.

Skvělé místo, uprostřed hlavního města jižní Moravy. Poté, co před necelych 20 let prošlo kompletní úklid, rekonstrukce a modernizace, stalo se z tohoto parku kulové místečko pro trávení volného času různorodých jednotlivců a skupin lidi. Lze se tady projít v přestavce, nebo jen tak posedět k odpočinku. Dostatek zeleňe, laviček a výhledu na skoro 270° panoramy východní, jižní a západní části města. Klid sice ne vždy je ideální, ale strávit tam i pouhých 5 min. nakopne člověka k dalšímu fungování. Perfektní místo pro ranní motlidby věřících. Na jedné straně hradby a výhled na věže katedrály Petrov, na druhé pohled na gominujici jižní části města, na třetí pohled na celou délku silniční tepny - ul. Husova, zavřen pohledem na jednu z dominant Brna - Červený kostel... Uprostřed tohoto parčíku jsou jak obelisk na památku konce utrpení po Napoleonových válkách, tak i krásná kolonáda s koncertní síni a kašnou pod ní. V horku letních dnech se tady lze osvěžit pitnou vodou z fontány u promenády. Všechny plochy jsou perfektně, celoročně udržováné. Trávníky vybízí v létě k odpočínku na dece či rovno k piknikování. Průchodnost Denisových sad k parku Kapucinů umožňuje spojitost mezi radnici a hlavním nádražím na straně jedné a na Zelením trhu s Nových sadech na straně druhé.

In Brno there is a special place where everybody has been on a date. The city walls surrounding Petrov catedral. Also called Denisovy sady. This is the oldest park in Moravia and people are dating here since 1818. One of the dominants is a obelisk celebrating the defeat of Napoleon and since This Is Brno... the parks name is to honor the biggest French slavic studies expert - Ernest Denis who played a major role in the establishment of the Czechoslovak state in 1918. I can't recommend visiting there at midnight. Even tho there are cameras everywhere it's not a good...
