Vosíme.cz Pizza Brno-sever — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

This was my first order and I don’t think I will order again. The pizza itself was mediocre. It was not bad but we know better in Brno. But taste might be subjective. However the other problems are not. On the site you can’t see the size of the pizza, it’s just standard or big and then you can buy combo, where the pizza is small. But no other specification. When ordering I have request asap delivery, it took almost 2 hours till they delivered it and told us they were early, because we have requested that time, which was not true. We should have received 2 sauce included in our order which didn’t happen. It’s a big disappointment overall. Edit: we have received the sauce, we just haven’t found it till later....

Objednali sme si jedlo cez Wolt. Polhodinu po predpokladanom čase doručenia sme volali na prevádzku, že kde sa stala chyba a kde jedlo. Pani nám oznámila, že do 10 minút u nás. O ďalšiu polhodinu voláme znovu, už sme sa dovolali len odkazovej schránke. Jedlo nikdy neprišlo. Po dvoch hodinách čakania od objednania sme sa aspoň dostali k peniazom späť vďaka podpore Woltu, bez žiadnej pomoci od prevádzky (ani wolt sa nevedel dovolať). Keby nám pani povedala, že nestíhajú, že pred záverečnou to nepríde už alebo hocijakú inú realitu a nie výmysel že jedlo príde do 10 minút, tak ani nemám potrebu písať negatívnu reakciu. Ale aby ma nechali čakať dve hodiny na jedlo, ktoré nikdy nepríde a zároveň ma klamali a ani mi neposkytli customer support... to už je podľa mňa príliš. Škoda, lebo na ochutnávku jedla som sa po kope reklám, ktoré mi všade vyskakujú, naozaj tešila. Po tejto skúsenosti to už nemám potrebu niekedy skúšať znovu.
