Potrefená Husa — Restaurant in okres Olomouc

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly a guy named David. When my friend tried to go inside to order some beers, David screamed at him, demanding he wait outside until someone came out.

We waited for 20 minutes before David finally came out, only to rudely inform us that he wouldn't serve us if it started raining because he didn't want to get wet. When we try to go inside, his exact words were, "ANIMALS are not allowed inside," referring to my small 8-month-old whippet. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was appalling.

Always perfect food and legendary for great service, this particular P. Husa especially excels in Olomouc which suffers a dearth of places with decent food. They appear to have recently changed their recipe for wings too - plump, tasty, properly cooked (not burnt as is usual in this country), and huge portion that leaves you full. Wow! With sides of crisp fresh carrot and celery sticks, a true Buffalo sauce and real blue cheese dressing (the better quality oil-based, not drowning in mayo). Entered this restaurant where one can expect meat on the dish. Being Easters weekend we asked for something vegetarian. The cook prepared a forrest mushroom risotto - full of porcini 💕 A kind of ragout...

The cheese was transformed into a very thin crispy chips and sprinkled on top.

The dish was one of the best mushroom risottos I tasted so far.

After this nice experience, we were served coffee and the desert: chocolate muffin with vanille icecream and forrest fruit. Joy and happiness!
