Worse than disappointing, especially given the consistently high other opinions, a good feel of the place, and a waiter nicely smiling all the time (even when I complained about the food upon leaving the place).

We ordered two dishes not on the regular menu, apparently special for this weekend: jeleni gulas and zivanska pecene (apologies for the lack of Czech diacritical marks). The former was a venison goulash with knedliki dumplings and a bit of onion salad, the latter a dish of a few small pieces of pork and sousage, with sliced potates, two or three slices of red pepper and a few leaves of greens. The description looked interesting, the dishes were nicely served --- but this was the end of good news.

First, all the meet pieces (pork, sausage, deer) were fried to death, completely dry, even hard to cut. They must had been prepared day(s) before, and perhaps re-fried more than once. On this day though the dishes, including the so pre-over-fried meet, were just re-heated in a microwave, and not even kept long enough there. In fact, the dishes came barely warm , if not quite freezing cold... The goulash souce itself was salted at least twice, knedliki looked good, but again, too cold.

The only bright side was beer: served properly cold with just right amount of foam. But this is to be expected in Czechia, and in no way compensated for the quality of the main dishes.

Overall: I could not help feeling that we were treated as one-time tourist visitors, to be served and shoved off as quickly as...

Na základě neustále opakujících se doporučení slečny z instagramového profilu @kamzajitolomouc jsme se dnes rozhodli tento podnik navštívit. Prostředí a první dojmy byly příjemné, ovšem tam naše pozitivita začala i skončila. Přítelkyně si objednala polévku a kuřecí steak s bramborami, čedarovou omáčkou. U mě se jednalo o trhané hovězí s Coleslawem a hranolkami. Polévky se nedočkala a rovnou jsme dostali naservírované druhé. Kuřecí maso bylo už od pohledu nehezké, nechutnalo nijak a bylo tuhé. Mé jídlo na tom bylo o něco lépe, Coleslaw byl sice teplý, ale i přesto vcelku chutný, hovězí ušlo a hranolky byly prostě typické laciné hospodské hranolky. Rozumím situaci, kdy má kuchař plnou restauraci a jídlo v návalu zkrátka pokazit může, avšak v čase naší návštěvy zde poloprázdno. A to ještě přehráním. V pohostinství jsem nějakou dobu pracoval a do dnešního dne jsem byl přesvědčen, že mě v tomto odvětví nemůže už nic překvapit. Servírka z této „restaurace“ mě ovšem vyvedla z omylu. Před servírováním našeho jídla se ušklebavě rýpala v puse, ruce si samozřejmě neumyla, načež tento problém byl nejspíše natolik vážný, že byla potřeba si vyčistit zuby. Přímo za barem. Při přípravě limonády jinému zákazníkovi. Ještě teď nevěřím svým očím. Tady to nekončí. V průběhu placení se přítelkyně dotázala jiné servírky, zdali nám náhodou nenaúčtovala i polévku, které se jí nedostalo, na což jí bylo arogantním tónem odvětěno, jestli ji jako chce s sebou. Když už jsme konečně odcházeli a naivně si mysleli, že máme vše za sebou, z kuchyně vyběhly dvě malé děti, které naháněl (nejspíše) jiný zaměstnanec. Ve finále, za ty peníze to stálo, tohle jinde neuvidíte. NEDOPORUČUJI, ledaže by měli...

This was our second time having the end-of-the-school-year dinner for teachers here. The planning and organization were very easy and flexible. The evening itself was wonderful; the outside area of the restaurant is great, spacious, and ideal for such summer events. The staff was helpful and quick. The food was excellent—the main part was a barbecue, and the meat and burgers were delicious, as well as the salad and all the sides we had. Also, the best brownies we have ever had. We are certainly coming back, and everyone...
