Prašád — Restaurant in okres Zlín

Prasad is a very confusing eatery. Almost everywhere in Zlin, if you sit outside, there is table service. However, at Prasad, it's different and what's worse is that you have no way of knowing this as there are no signs indicating that you should go and order inside. Additionally, the menu seems entirely pointless because the way it works is that you choose whatever you want and pay by food weight, but nobody informs you about this! The worst part is that the staff doesn't seem to care and acts arrogantly when you're unaware of their system. The food itself was cold and very bland. Seriously amazing place, definitely recommend! I'm not even vegetarian or vegan but the vibes are so good here and don't even get me started on the food it is INCREDIBLE!!! They have a variety of options and I always find something new to try and something that I know I love, so if you are worried that you won't find something you like, trust me you will and it's so worth it to try new things here because it's all super delicious. Do restaurace chodím rád a pravidelně od jejího otevření, vkusný interiér, příjemné prostředí a chutná vegetariánská i veganská jídla včetně bohatého výběru salátů i desertů. Nic takového předtím ve Zlíně nebylo. Ale... to se psal rok 2008 a postupem času jakoby začala převládat kvantita nad kvalitou, restaurace usnula na vavřínech a a chtěla by hodně peněz za málo muziky. Zaplatit za polévku a chlapskou porci kolem 160 Kč by se dalo, ovšem za tu cenu by bylo fajn, aby brambory nebyly semtam nedovařené, aby kuchařům neujížděla ruka se solí nebo kari kořením (popřípadě kurkumou) nebo aby jídla byla teplá, ne jen vlažná. Navíc, dnes jsem v překyselené dušené mrkvi objevil rosolovitý chuchvalec velikosti pingpongového míčku. Ok, zahušťovat se něčím musí, ovšem čeho je moc, toho je příliš.
