First of all, it's a zoo So get ready for outdoor experience while sitting outside... a lot of flies

Second The staff is in instant chaos, randomly running around the place like headless chickens, kinda rude but for Czech standards it's fine if you are an amateur at your job

You can definitely tell they are making a difference between guests and judging is very obvious! Typical Czechs

The atmosphere is chaos but again - you are in the zoo and you can tell... A lot of kids with angry parents

The food was okay but that's not a compliment 3/5 is very generous You get your food fast but it's very fast food-like taste wise unfortunately, definitely saw a microwave

Table of 5 served in 6 minutes, could not convinced me that food did not saw a microwave

Overall 3/5 go to McDonald's, it feels the same, just go eat elsewhere

One more thing - telling customers in reviews that their feelings about the food and service are wrong and not important is just RIDICULOUS

Friendly advice, avoid this place. We waited for 20 minutes and were not served even though it was pretty obvious that we were ready to order. There was another English speaking couple trying to order food, the waitress refused them service in a most bluntly rude manner and walked off. I understand that not everyone speaks English, but at least try to accommodate by using the menu (which is dubbed in English). Terrible Soviet style service. After we walked off to a next food stop, we noticed that more and more folks followed us there.

Updating to follow up to the owner's reply. This took place Monday 06 June 2023 between 1230 and 1400. Venue was fairly busy but had two waiters, a male and a female. Neither one...

I wish it was possible to leave less than one star.

This restaurant served schnitzel that tasted rotten, boiled potatoes with butter like prison food.

This was the worst of it: There were flies everywhere and my sister was quite irritated by them - one of the staff members could tell we were growing impatient with the flies and had decided to pick up a fly swat, and hit her plate of food to kill them. He literally smacked her plate of food so hard and killed a fly inside her food… a dead fly in her plate. He didn’t even offer to replace the food or refund it. He laughed it off and offered us the fly swat…We were appalled! Such unprofessionalism and disgusting food on top of that. We wanted to stay civil because we could tell we weren’t dealing with a normal person here, and so decided to pay the whole bill and leave gracefully even though the plates were left full.

Pack your food from home if you’re going to the zoo.

Přál bych si, aby bylo možné dát méně než jednu hvězdičku.

Tato restaurace podávala řízek, který chutnal po shnilých, vařených bramborách s máslem jako vězeňské jídlo.

Tohle bylo nejhorší: Všude byly mouchy a moje sestra byla z nich docela naštvaná - jeden z personálu poznal, že s mouchami začínáme být netrpěliví, a rozhodl se sebrat plácačku na mouchy a praštil jí do talíře s jídlem, aby je zabil. Doslova jí tak silně praštil do talíře s jídlem a zabil mouchu v jídle... Ani se nenabídl, že jídlo vymění nebo vrátí peníze. Zasmál se tomu a nabídl nám plácačku na mouchy... Byli jsme zděšeni! Taková neprofesionalita a navíc nechutné jídlo.

Chtěli jsme zůstat slušní, protože jsme poznali, že tu nemáme co do činění s normálním člověkem, a tak jsme se rozhodli zaplatit celý účet, i když talíře zůstaly plné.
