JEMNÝ BISTRO — Restaurant in Prague

Every time I eat here it’s the best food I’ve eaten in some time. I’m convinced that the best food in Prague is outside the city center. I highly recommend this joint if you are willing to make the trip from the city center: it’s really easy to get to from Tram 17. They have great music and and a great staff (very cute and friendly 😘💙). I’ve worked in many restaurants in my short life and these guys are doing it right...keep going!

Update: This place is still fantastic. I was in the neighbourhood because it’s outside of Prague and I got a delicious plate of beautiful tacos. I stayed for some coffee because the atmosphere is so warm and friendly; everyone in the restaurant always looks like they are having such a good time. If you’re in the center of Prague DO take the time to visit Jemny Bistro...

JEMNÝ BISTRO is a hidden gem situated away from the bustling city center of Prague, and in my opinion, the best in Modřany. The restaurant boasts friendly and cheerful staff, offering an extraordinary selection of beers on tap, including Chotěboř and Matuška, along with a diverse range of wines. The kitchen is outstanding, with a menu that is regularly updated.

Having attended numerous live music events at this venue, they have left me with the best memories. It’s unfortunate that the place doesn’t operate on weekends, but overall, it undeniably deserves a well-earned...

Včera jsme navštívili toto bistro. Bohužel jsme se trefili do akce sobotní brunch. Ačkoli bylo po 12 hodině a v tuto dobu jsme očekávali spíše nabídku obědů, nežli pozdní snídani, tak i přesto jsme se pokusili v omezené nabídce vybrat něco k obědu. Favoritem se stal Holandský řízek s bramborovou kaši. Na zapití pivo Matuška a pro přítelkyni 2dcl bílého Pinot Grigio.

Hodnocení: Holandský řízek za 210 Kč byl velmi malý. V hlubokém talíři na velmi slušné porci kaše vypadal jako pokus o špatný vtip. Chuťově ovšem velmi dobrý a šťavnatý. Kaše hodně slaná i pro mě, který solí poměrně dost. Víno 2dcl 180 Kč Pivo Matuška 0,4l cca 65 Kč- velmi dobré.

Závěr: Po obědě za 700kc jsme šli na oběd domů. Jídlo nenadchlo, ceny také ne. Obsluha slušná a usměvavá. Koncept restaurace zajímavý a rozhodně si najde své příznivce. My však za tyto ceny raději zamíříme tam , kde i interiér a vybavení ( stoly, židle (musel jsem měnit, jinak by se podemnou rozpadla) odpovídají těmto cenám.

Rozhodně však neodsuzuji, jen nejsem ten správný typ zákazníka pro...
