Phở Lan — Restaurant in Prague

The best Pho Bo in Czechia! I have tried few of them. Me and my friend got to this place because of Stream series about Vietnamese restaurant at SAPA that are worth of trying. This one definitely is. Me and my friend were waited by a lady that offered us pastry that was already prepared and put into baskets at one of the tables in the restaurant. We accepted. In the end, we didn't even pay for that. That was a nice gesture. The taste of the soup is very mild so don't be afraid to put a lot of lemon juice and seasoning inside. For the first time I used a lot of garlic as i wanted to add the taste to the soup. I believe that the mild taste of the soup without any seasoning is on purpose. What made me surprised is that the soup doesn't have fresh sprouts that I am so used to from other Pho Bo places, but I guess that it differs according to the recipe. Prices for the meals are more than good for Prague. A small disadvantage of the place is that it's a little far from city center. It will take about 1 hour using public transportation to get to SAPA. Další parádní místo, kde se v SAPA najíst. Výhodou této restaurace je, že je situovaná přímo u jednoho z velkých parkovišť, takže je to ideální místo pro lenochy, kteří nepočítají kolik kroků udělají, ale kolik jich neudělají.

Vnitřní prostor je pěkný, prostorný, přehledný, vše je čisté, i když vybavení restaurace už má to nejlepší za sebou. Obsluha je parádní, všichni se usmívají a jsou ochotní, sálá z nich pohoda. To chci vidět všude kam zavítám.

Nabídka je přehledná, velká foto jídel na stěně u baru dávají jasnou představu o tom, co si objednáváte. I když je zde k ochutnání spousta mých stálic z vietnamských jídel, tentokrát jsem měl chuť na Phở gà, k polévce jsme si dali i smažené pečivo - quay.

Usměvavá kuchařka nám objednávku přinesla za pár minut, takže jsme se do té dobroty mohli hned pustit. Vývar, naprostý základ dobré polévky, je tady jednoznačně parádní, hutný, dobře vychucený, nepřesolený, spousta čerstvých bylinek, akorát provařené, tenké plátky kuřete. Paráda. Samozřejmě, že jsem si polévku doladil citronem a papričkami, které jsou na všech stolech, bez nich by to nebylo ono. No a přikusovat k takhle dobré polévce quay je už jenom třešinka na dortu.

Ve Phở Lan je všechno v pořádku. Rozhodně stojí za...
