How staffs are trained there?

I stopped buy morning to buy a latte and wanted to try coz its kind of new place. I explain with the cashier about how I wanted my coffee made. She didn't understand after I tried to explain many times. She seemed to understand after while. And turns out when she made me the cup which its totally DIFFERENT!!

How come?! If she's not good at English enough, at least ask her colleague to help to make it right! She just wanted to skip me and treat me like I was too annoyed.
